When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter (name, email, travel dates, group size, message). Our website statistics tool collects anonymised usage data [state tool, e.g. GA4, and consent mechanism]. When you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and organise your trip. We keep enquiry data for [X months/years] and booking records as required by Kenyan law.
To operate your trip we share necessary details with the lodges, parks and transport partners involved. We never sell your data.
